The hotel was modern and quiet, and we would recommend it to friends. It had an excellent location close to stores, theme parks, shopping malls, and restaurants. We loved the complimentary shuttle bus. The bartender Mian at the hotel's restaurant was fantastic. Greatly enjoyed Gurnee and spent evenings at Chili's Grill & Bar nearby.

The staff here went above and beyond to help us out, making sure every request was taken care of efficiently. The room had two cozy double beds 🛏️.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my city break. It was conveniently located near a mall and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The best part was that the pool was not crowded, so I was able to enjoy a peaceful swim. Additionally, the room I stayed in was spacious and had a great view of the pool.

The hotel itself was quite outdated. The pictures online didn't match the actual appearance of the hotel, and the carpets in the hallways and rooms were in poor condition.

Very clean, and the service was wonderful. I went for 1 day for fright fest great america, and took my 3 teen daughters. I got 3 rooms and unfortunately none of them had a fridge, or microwave. Upon checking in the front desk sent one of each up to my room which saved me alot in food costs since Wal mart was right across the street. Will go there again since we are season pass holders every year. Usually stayed at country inns and suites, Service is not as good there.

Did not care for the shampoo or conditioner or tv/cable. Every station was either too loud or too low. No in between. No good stations either. Shampoo and conditioner was all coconut, each to their own, just not my thing. Lol, will still go back though. Trivial things that can be remedied.

Comfortable area, near Great America theme park. Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Extremely clean building and rooms with 2 full size beds. Very amiable staff. Excellent setting

Room cleanliness issues such as soap powder in the AC vent, which was promptly addressed. Frustrating shower experience with a shower head that wouldn't stay upright in the holder.

Hotel was conveniently located to the Military Base which was the reason for our stay Staff were friendly . Accommodations were clean & comfortable

Reserved a king size bed got a room with 2 queens that were really full size beds.
